To help guide you, the breakfast buffets average around $30-$35. An American breakfast at Murray's Deli will cost from $15-$18. There is great disparity between the prices of meals at Atlantis' fine dining establishments and their more casual restaurants.
Beach towels are provided daily at Aquaventure Guest Service locations at no charge. All other Atlantis services such as the Mandara Spa, the Comedy Club, and our Business Center, are yours to enjoy for a nominal fee. Meal plans are available to enhance your experience at the resort.
Atlantis totally allows you bring in a cooler with outside food and drinks. So whether you bring your own from home or stop in at a Nassau or Paradise Island store to stock up, you'll have exactly what you need to keep your food and/or beverages cooled.
As our guest, you have full access to all Atlantis Aquaventure water park features at no additional cost. Included are 20 swimming areas, 11 water slides, our mile-long Rapids River, our protected Paradise Lagoon, The Dig, the Predator Lagoon, all of our marine life habitats, and 6 inviting beaches over 5 miles long.
Can you visit Atlantis, The Palm if you're not staying there? While we wholly recommend staying at this bucket list worthy resort you can visit even if you don't have a room booked. The waterpark, aquarium and range of restaurants are all open to visitors, just ensure you book tickets or a table beforehand.
The Half Board Package includes your hotel stay plus daily breakfast and dinner. Some restaurants included in the Half Board Package for dinner require a further supplement to be paid per person. There are few restaurants that are not included in Half Board.
Breakfast. The first meal of the day, for most people, is eaten anywhere between 6:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M., depending on their daily schedule, and when they need to get to work or school. During weekdays, breakfast is eaten earlier and is more rushed than on weekends.
You should eat within the first hour of waking to get your body primed for a successful day. Between 6 and 10 a.m. would be the ideal time to take this first meal, mainly so that you set yourself up for a second meal a few hours later. What you eat at breakfast has a large impact on the rest of the day.
Atlantis doesn't do “free” well, so by “free” I really mean, you can enter for free, but it's assumed you'll spend money while you are there. Don't expect to access much of the property. Without a Day Pass you'll likely not be able to get past security to see much of the resort.

The Atlantis shuttle runs from 4:30 am until 12:30 am. The shuttle departs the airport every 30 minutes, on the quarter hours, and can be found directly outside baggage claim.
