Where can I watch fireworks at Disney not in the park?
For the best view of the fireworks, head toward Jellyrolls and Atlantic Dance Hall. Or you can walk towards the former ESPN Club, continuing almost to Disney's Beach Club Resort. There is a bridge that connects the Boardwalk and Beach Club hotels.

Other Viewing LocationsIts convenient location across the Seven Seas Lagoon from the Magic Kingdom makes it an excellent place for watching fireworks outside the parks. The best place outside the park is the DVC member lounge at Bay Lake Tower, If you don't own DVC then go to the bar at the California Grill. Have a drink then head out to the deck for the fireworks, Both places pipe in the music.
We enjoyed it a lot more than anticipated. It's just a fireworks show, but it's a pretty good one. There is really no need to stake out a spot as you can view it from pretty much anywhere around the lagoon. We appreciated the nods to old school Epcot in the music.
