Where do you park to walk up Butser Hill?

The walk begins at the car park of the Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Hampshire, postcode PO8 0QE (pay-and-display £9 for the whole day in summer). If the main car park is full, you can park on the huge grassy space beyond the Visitor Centre or continue further to one of the additional car parks.

However, during the year livestock grazing occurs on Butser Hill. Respect all signage and keep dogs on leads if walking into a grazing compartment.

The off-leash area is next to the tennis courts on 37th Avenue. It is a large, open grass field with no fencing. There is a parking lot next to the field. There is another off-leash park across the street at Nat Bailey Stadium.

National Mall Free Street & Metered Parking Parking garages are available off the National Mall throughout downtown. Limited, free, all-day parking is available along Ohio Drive, SW which is along the Potomac River south of the Lincoln Memorial, and in Lots A, B, and C south of the Thomas Jefferson Memorial.

Yes, all our buses have a lavatory to be used only for emergency. The safest place for you to be while your bus is moving is in your seat. Our Drivers will make every effort to provide a rest stop every 2-3 hours. Children should be accompanied by an adult when they must use the lavatory.
