Where is my digital Railcard trainline?

To view your Railcard in the app, you'll need to first log in to your account with the same email address you purchased with. After logging in, navigate to the Account tab and tap on Your Railcards to bring up the list of Railcards you've purchased.

If you have already bought a digital Railcard, you should have received a 'digital Railcard Download code' on both the purchase confirmation page and by email. Once you've got this code, go to the Railcard app, tap on the '+' button in the top left of the screen and enter your code.

Please go to Manage my Railcard on the website homepage to log in to your account. Once logged in, on the top right of your account summary page, please click on your 'Menu Profile' and select 'Personal Details'. You will be given the option to update or change your personal details.

Show Your eTicket Open the eTicket on your mobile device and show the barcode to the conductor. You can even print your eTicket before you arrive at the station.
