Why is Trainline not giving me an e ticket?

Please make sure to check your Junk and spam folders as sometimes the email turn up there. If you still can't find them then the email address you entered may of had a mistake. Don't worry as this is easily fixed you will need to get in touch with our call centre team and they will be able to find your booking.
