Where is the ID number on the Disney Main entrance pass?

On the My Disney Experience menu, click “My Profile” ? “Memberships & Passes.” Click “Add a Main Entrance Pass.” Enter the 12-digit ID number on the back of your pass, located in the bottom-right corner.

On a physical Disney Main Entrance Pass (the complimentary admission given to Cast Members and their guests), the ID number is typically found on the back of the card. It is a 12-digit alphanumeric code usually located directly underneath the QR code or barcode, often in the bottom left-hand corner. In 2026, many passes have transitioned to digital versions within the My Disney Experience or Disneyland apps; for these, you can find the ID by selecting "Tickets and Passes" and tapping on the pass to reveal the "Ticket ID" or "Confirmation Number." This number is essential for linking the pass to a Disney account to make the mandatory Park Reservations required for entry. If the number is faded or illegible, the Cast Member must contact the Disney "Existing Tickets" help center or visit a Guest Relations window with their valid Blue ID.
