Cosmic Rewind is Epcot's first-ever roller coaster and it is also Disney's first reverse launch on any coaster. The ride is also Disney World's first Marvel-themed attraction, housed in Epcot's new other-world showcase pavilion.

There might be a way to ride Cosmic Rewind twice! If you can secure a boarding group for the ride, and also purchase an Individual Lightning Lane for the ride, it stands to reason that you could ride it twice: once with your boarding group, and once with your Lightning Lane!
In my opinion, absolutely. Soarin' has been our favorite ride in Epcot for a while. They have a few new really exciting rides. But Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind was by far the best one.

The decision was made to postpone development of the Mary Poppins-inspired attraction and Spaceship Earth at this time.” While the Walt Disney World spokesperson used the term “postpone” in the statement, that typically means a project is cancelled or shelved indefinitely.
Thanks to the fluid motion, we'd say it's slightly less intense than Slinky Dog Dash or Big Thunder Mountain Railroad–but still pretty comparable to both. Does Cosmic Rewind go upside down? No. There's a lot of banked twists and turns, moderate drops, and generally mild thrills.
