Which Disney park has no alcohol?

The Magic Kingdom, which opened as an alcohol-free park in 1971, has changed its rules slightly within the last few years. Although there is alcohol to be found in today's Magic Kingdom, guests can only enjoy it while seated at table-service restaurants.

Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World was famously the only Disney park with a strict "no alcohol" policy for decades, but in 2026, this has shifted slightly. While you still cannot purchase a "to-go" beer or cocktail at a walk-up window or snack cart in Magic Kingdom (unlike EPCOT or Hollywood Studios), alcohol is now available at every table-service restaurant in the park, including Be Our Guest and Liberty Tree Tavern. However, if you are looking for a Disney park that remains almost entirely alcohol-free in its general public areas, Tokyo Disneyland is the closest equivalent; it maintains a very conservative approach, serving alcohol only in select sit-down restaurants and private clubs. In the United States, every Disney theme park now serves alcohol in some capacity, though Magic Kingdom remains the most "restrained," preserving Walt Disney's original vision by prohibiting guests from walking through the themed lands with open containers of alcoholic beverages.
