With the massive multi-year transformation complete, EPCOT is now huge, featuring high-demand thrills like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind alongside the sprawling World Showcase. A second day at EPCOT allows you to dedicate one day to the futuristic "World Celebration/Discovery" side and a separate, more relaxed day to eat and drink your way through the eleven international pavilions, which is nearly impossible to do thoroughly in a single afternoon.
