Jewel is connected to the Arrival Hall (level 1) of Terminal 1. Jewel is a 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from the Departure Hall (level 2) of Terminal 2 (near row 1). Jewel is a 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from the Departure Hall (level 2) of Terminal 3 (near row 11).
Jewel is a 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from the Departure Hall (level 2) of Terminal 3 (near row 11). Take the free shuttle bus from Terminal 4 Arrival Lounge to Jewel/ Terminal 1 (opposite Jewel Level 2 Drop-off point).
Make sure you have valid travel documents, permits and visas if applicable. All visitors must pass immigration to exit the transit area before visiting Jewel. Jewel is conveniently connected to all four terminals (allow sufficient time for travelling between terminals).
JEWEL EARLY CHECK-IN LOUNGEEarly check-in is available from 3 hours up to 24 hours prior to your flight at the Jewel Early Check-in Facility, located at Level 1 of Jewel Changi Airport (opens daily from 08:00AM to 12:00AM).
Jewel is conveniently connected to all four terminals (allow sufficient time for travelling between terminals). If you have limited time and don't want to exit the transit area, you can see Jewel from the skytrain that runs between T2 and T3.
Before the opening of Terminal 3, the Skytrain system was upgraded from the original Adtranz C-100 system to the new Mitsubishi Crystal Mover system, which expanded the service from a simple 2-station line to a 7-station network. All Changi Airport Skytrain services are free of charge.
However, The Jewel is located landside before security. If you're transiting and already after security, you might be told you have to clear immigration to get landside to see it. That's not true. It's true to be at The Jewel you need to be landside, but not just to see it.
It's the world's tallest indoor waterfall at 40 metres high. The light and sound show is available daily between 7.30pm and 11.30pm, at hourly intervals.
