Basically, all of the rides and attractions at Animal Kingdom are perfect for adults. From the safari rides to the “roller coasters,” it's pretty one-size-fits-all. But you might not know about some of the non-ride attractions that are seriously worth your time.
So, if you're planning a winter trip, lean towards Disneyland but if you're taking an adults-only park trip, try to plan it around one of Disney World's Epcot festivals. Either way, you won't be disappointed.
That's not to say one is just for kids or just for adults. There is plenty of fun stuff for kids to do at Epcot! And adults can definitely enjoy Magic Kingdom too! But if you are looking for a more grown-up vibe, then you'll want to go to Epcot.
This comes down to what you want out of your visit, but we'd always recommend adults spend a full day at Magic Kingdom. If you were only interested in thrill rides, then you'd only need a few hours…but if you're only interested in thrill you might be better served at, say, Universal Orlando Resort.
Animal Kingdom is very appropriate for kids ages 6 to 12 or any kiddos who appreciate animals and nature. The park is nicely spread out, and there's definitely a slower pace here (compared to Magic Kingdom). This allows you to go at your own pace, explore the side trails, and take in the scenery.
All in all, there are many special activities for adults over 18 at Disney World, from extravagant things as a Tower of Terror private diner to simple things such as a trip to the spa. Other options that are quite popular include tours and fireworks cruises.
Adulting at Disney's Epcot has become synonymous with boozy walks around World Showcase or taking the monorail crawl. While these can be fun with adult friends, these activities are not the only attractions Disney has to offer adult guests.

Most Common Trip Length – 4 or 5 Days: This trip length works well for most people because you can visit all four Disney World theme parks, even possibly enjoy a second day at a favorite park, and it fits within most people's work vacation limits.
How much spending money will you need? Around $50 per day per person is a good start. A bit of extra cash is great for buying snacks, souvenirs, and alcohol. Disney prices are higher than regular stores, but they offer unique items and services you can't find anywhere else.
Between the rides, stage shows and other entertainment, there is a ton to see and do at Magic Kingdom and the pressure to experience everything can be anxiety-inducing, to say the least. Admittedly, to truly see and do it all at Magic Kingdom, you do need to spend at least two days.
