Who makes the trains for Thomson-East Coast Line?

Trains manufactured by Kawasaki Heavy Industries & CSR Qingdao Sifang under Contract T251 (T251 trainsets) form the Thomson-East Coast Line rolling stock, operating in a four-car formation. A total of 91 trainsets were ordered, and are stabled at both Mandai and Changi depots.
