As of early 2026, the answer is yes. Walt Disney World officially removed the "after 2:00 PM" park-hopping restriction in 2024, and that freedom remains in place for 2026. Guests with a valid Park Hopper ticket or a Magic Key/Annual Pass can move between the four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) at any time of day, starting as soon as the second park opens. You still need a theme park reservation for your first park of the day (if your ticket type requires one), and you must physically enter that first park before "hopping" to the next. This change has restored the spontaneity that Disney fans missed, allowing you to ride Space Mountain in the morning and immediately head to EPCOT for an early 11:00 AM lunch at the World Showcase. Always check the "Park Hours" on the My Disney Experience app, as high-capacity "blackout" days can occasionally trigger temporary hopping limits.
