If you lose you cabin key (card— no one uses actual keys anymore); on a Disney cruise; or any other cruise line; you simply go to the customer service desk and present a corresponding ID to match their records, they will deactivate the lost card and present you a new card.

The new pass must be from among the pass types that are available for renewal. To find out how to proceed with purchasing a new Magic Key pass for your new three-year-old, you must speak with a Cast Member on the Magic Key Holders phone line.
