Are there changing facilities at Typhoon Lagoon?

Typhoon Lagoon generally does not close for rain, even if it is heavy. The good news is that Guests can usually continue to enjoy pools and slides in the rain, as long as there isn't lightning in the area. If there is, Guests will be asked to exit all water areas.

Dress Code Jeans (denim) and wetsuits (neoprene) are not permitted on the following attractions at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park: Bay Slides, Humunga Kowabunga, Ketchakiddee Creek and Storm Slides. For safety, diaper-age children must wear plastic pants or swim diapers in pool areas.

Volcano Bay, which is a Universal park, favors more thrilling attractions, with several large water slides. Typhoon Lagoon in Disney World is geared more toward a relaxing experience.
