Can I bring Tylenol into Disney World?

You are always welcome to bring any prescription or over-the-counter medicines you regularly take into the parks, but I advise leaving them in their original labeled bottles so it is easier for security Cast Members to search your items when you arrive.

Yes, you are absolutely allowed to bring Tylenol, or any other over-the-counter and prescription medications, into Disney World. Disney's security policy permits medically necessary items, provided they are not contained in glass bottles (which are generally prohibited, though exceptions are often made for small medicine vials). For a smoother experience at the security checkpoints, it is a "best practice" to keep the medication in its original labeled packaging so that security Cast Members can easily identify it. If you forget your Tylenol, you don't necessarily need to leave the park; every Disney theme park has a First Aid station (usually located near the front of the park) where nurses can provide complimentary single-dose packets of basic pain relievers, bandages, and other minor treatments. Carrying your own supply is still recommended for 2026 visitors to avoid the walk to the front of the park and to ensure you have your preferred brand and dosage readily available during a long day of walking in the Florida sun.
