Can I buy Rabbit Card at Bangkok airport?

You can pick up your Rabbit Card at Central World or at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).

In 2026, you can obtain a Rabbit Card at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK) airports, but usually through specialized service counters rather than the official BTS ticket booths, as the Skytrain does not serve the airports directly. At BKK, you can pick up cards pre-booked through platforms like Klook, KKday, or Traveloka at their designated booths on the Arrival Hall level or near the Airport Rail Link station on Floor B. Alternatively, AIRPORTELs counters also sell and distribute these cards. Keep in mind that for the very first use, you must legally register the card with your physical passport. While you can pick up the physical card at the airport, you may still need to visit a BTS station ticket office (like Phaya Thai or Asok) to complete the identity verification and add additional funds before it is fully active for travel across the BTS system.
