Can I unlink a ticket from My Disney Experience?

Navigate to the Tickets and Passes screen from the ? feature menu. Then swipe to the ticket you wish to remove and tap the “Delete Ticket” button. An unlinked ticket will remain valid until it is used or its expiration date has passed.

If you've added your Magic Key pass to a friend or family member's account and you no longer wish to have it on their account it is possible to have it removed. To do this, you will need to contact Guest Services and speak with a Cast Member to have it removed.

Linking a ticket to another Guest in your travel party is very easy! If you are already connected to this family member via My Family & Friends, sign in to your Disney account and visit Link Tickets. Enter the Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID and link it to your family member.

Make sure that both of you have your own My Disney Experience accounts, have downloaded the My Disney Experience mobile app, and have connected with each other (ensuring that you are sharing plans). This will allow both of you to make reservations from your individual devices and accounts for your travel party.

If you need to add your spouse or kids, sign into your My Disney Experience account. Choose Family & Friends then go to the bottom where you have the option to Add a Guest. After they are added, you can easily link Theme Park tickets to them and add them to your room and dining reservations.

On your device, go to My Profile and choose Family & Friends List at the top. Scroll to the bottom of your list and select Add a Guest and then Scan their linking code. You'll be able to use your phone's camera to scan your wife's linking code. Once she accepts the invitation to connect, you should be all set.

Ownership of a ticket cannot be changed once it has been linked on a Disney account. Because of this, please ensure that you are entering the desired name for each individual ticket. Please note that you will not be able to make Park reservations through the Disneyland app.

Once you create your child's account in the My Disney Experience app, you become the manager of that account. Only one adult needs to create an account for the child, making multiple accounts may cause issues with redeeming Lightning Lanes and accessing existing travel plans.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use the two 1-day theme park tickets to enter two theme parks on the same day. However, if you desire to visit two theme parks in one day, you can add the park hopper option to an existing ticket.
