You can access all the restaurants, shops, and the waterfall, just by walking into the building. There are a few things to do at Jewel that do require the purchase of a ticket though. These things include the Canopy Walk, Bouncing Nets, Canopy Bridge, Mazes, and some interactive exhibits.
