Can Rabbit Card go negative?

In case where the remaining Stored Value is insufficient for the distance traveled, the remaining Stored Value shall be displayed in negative amount and such Rabbit shall fall ineligible for travel until Stored Value is added into such Rabbit at a Ticket Office.
