Single strollers, double-seat strollers, wagons, wheelchairs, and electric convenience vehicles (ECVs) may be used during your visit to Kings Island, and you are welcome to bring your own.

MASON, Ohio — Kings Island is implementing a chaperone policy following an uptick in “unruly and inappropriate behavior” the park said in a press release. Under this new policy, all guests ages 15 and younger must be accompanied by someone who is at least 21 years old.

Under the new policy, park-goers 15 years old and younger need to be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old in order to be admitted to or remain in the park after 4 p.m. to closing time. The chaperone will need to present a photo ID with a birthdate in order to be let in.
The answer is it depends on what you want to do. If you only want to ride the big thrill rides, then yes, it is a one day park. If you want to ride all the rides, and see some shows (highly, highly recommend Cirque!) then you could easily spend two days there.
