While you aren't allowed to bring outside food and drink into the park, each guest is allowed one unopened bottle of water. Complimentary cups of water are also available at each of Dollywood's Splash Country's food vendors.

Waterproof BagKeep in mind you can't bring large bags with you on the ride, so you'll want the bag to be small enough to fit into the pocket of a swimsuit. Splash Country also offers guests a service called Sunny Money.

As for the rush through the gate, we often see crowds from around 10 a.m. until about noon. The secret is to arrive early so you can be in line before that rush. Or, wait until early afternoon so you can capitalize on playtime while a lot of folks are looking for lunch.
