Can you ride monorail all day?

You can ride the monorail any time. No Disney tickets even needed. If you took a bus from Disney Springs to Epcot or Magic Kingdom, you could ride from there. If you are driving to the Ticket and Transportation center to go to the magic kingdom and park, then the monorail is one of your options to get to the park.
