Can you ride the monorail just for fun?

yes you can just ride for fun and go via the hotels or over to Epcot. Yes. Why not take the opportunity to visit the hotels on the monorail route and have a look around. We often do this on a non park day or to entertain little ones or to check out the different resort decorations at holidays.

You can time it right to take the Epcot monorail from the transportation and ticket center and go over Epcot and by the lagoon during the show.
