Can you swim with dolphins at Disney?

Know Before You Go Please note that this is a wading encounter where the dolphins are brought to you in waist-deep water. You will not actually be swimming with the dolphins at any time. Guests must be at least 48” (122 cm) tall. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

In 2026, while you cannot "swim" with dolphins in a traditional free-form sense (like at Discovery Cove), you can participate in the EPCOT Seas Adventures – Dolphins in Depth experience. This is a two-hour guided tour at The Seas with Nemo & Friends pavilion that offers an intimate look at the care of Disney's resident Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. Guests are permitted to enter the waist-deep water on a submerged platform to interact with the dolphins under the strict supervision of trainers. During the program, you learn about dolphin behavior, physiology, and conservation efforts. It is important to note that you do not snorkel or swim throughout the tank; the interaction is structured and requires guests to be at least 13 years old. Because this is an "Enchanting Extra," it requires a separate ticket in addition to your EPCOT park admission. Reservations are highly recommended as the group size is kept very small to ensure the well-being of the animals and a high-quality experience for the guests.
