Can you take a boat from Beach Club to Epcot?

Epcot: If it's too hot to walk or if you simply want to conserve your energy, take the Friendship boat launch. But take note that the launch also stops at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin® and Disney's BoardWalk Resort® docks so the trip to Epcot could take up to 20 minutes.
