Do scooters sell out at Disney?

You cannot prebook or reserve the WDW scooters. They do sell out early at Magic Kingdom in particular, however, so keep that in mind. Also, they do go a bit slower than offsite models.

Unfortunately, the amenities include Vehicles and Recreational Devices that are not permitted, and electric scooters are listed as one of those vehicles and devices that are not allowed. In addition to electric scooters, kick scooters, Segways, go-carts, drones, and hoverboards are also not allowed.

So, how much does it cost to rent out Disney World for the day? The cost to do this will run in the $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 range to rent out a Disney World park, depending on the park as well as the time of the year.

The ride lines are too narrow with too tight of turns to accommodate the scooters, so you are asked to park the scooter with the attraction's stroller parking and a Cast Member will assist you in moving into a wheelchair. Then you and your party will enter the standard line and wait as normal.

Strollers must be 31” (79cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long or smaller. As a reminder, wagons are not permitted in our parks. Stroller wagons will also no longer be permitted.

It is amazing! After speaking with a Cast Member, I learned that the ECV rentals (or scooters) at the Walt Disney World Resort should last all day in the parks. I actually had a friend use one on our trip last year and there weren't any issues with her running out of battery all day.

If all else fails, definitely ask the people behind you if they would mind if you stepped away from your place for just a few minutes. You can use your My Disney Experience app to find the restroom located nearest the attraction, and that will help cut down on the time you step away.

Anyone in the party may modify the reservation, but the guest with DAS must enter the attraction. How many guests in one party can be covered under Disney World's DAS? The maximum is six guests per DAS. If you have special circumstances or any concerns, talk to Guest Relations.
