As of early 2023, Disney reinstated complimentary standard overnight self-parking for guests staying at Disney Resort hotels, including Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. This means that if you have a room reservation at the lodge, you do not have to pay a nightly fee to park your personal vehicle or rental car. This was a significant "pro-guest" policy change that reversed several years of daily parking charges. For day guests visiting Wilderness Lodge to dine (for instance, at Whispering Canyon Cafe or Artist Point) or to enjoy the shops, standard self-parking is also free, typically for a period of up to three hours. However, if you prefer the convenience of Valet Parking, there is still a daily fee, which as of 2026 is approximately $33.00 to $40.00 per night (plus gratuity). If you are a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member using your points to stay at the Wilderness Lodge villas, you also receive free standard parking. It is also worth noting that once you are a guest at a Disney resort, you receive free standard parking at all four Disney World theme parks as well, allowing you to move between the hotel and the parks without incurring any additional vehicle storage costs.
