For all new suitcases purchased on or after July 25, 2022, RIMOWA offers a lifetime manufacturer's guarantee that covers all functional damage (like broken wheels, handles, or locks) free of charge for the life of the product. If your suitcase was purchased before this date, it is likely covered by a 5-year guarantee (if registered online) or a 2-year guarantee. However, these guarantees do not cover "cosmetic" wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or surface cleaning, nor do they cover damage caused by misuse or third-party (airline) handling after the warranty expires. If you need a repair that isn't covered by the guarantee, RIMOWA provides a paid repair service at their official Client Care centers.
