Does the monorail take you to EPCOT?

The EPCOT Monorail and the Express Monorail originate at the TTC and offer express round-trip service to EPCOT and Magic Kingdom park. The Resort Monorail and Express Monorail begin operating 30 minutes prior to when Magic Kingdom park opens and stop one hour after Magic Kingdom park closes.

A: Yes. All Guests have complimentary access to our network of monorails, buses and boats. If you would like to visit multiple parks, enjoy a nice dinner at one of the Disney Resort hotels or shop at Disney Springs, you can leave your car parked in the theme park lot and use our transportation network.

The Disney Skyliner station at EPCOT is located at the International Gateway entrance, which is located at the back of the theme park in World Showcase. Unfortunately, there's no way to walk between these two stations without walking through EPCOT.

Just think of the Monorail as a bus that helps people get around to different resorts or parks (MK or Epcot). You can ride the monorail any time. No Disney tickets even needed. If you took a bus from Disney Springs to Epcot or Magic Kingdom, you could ride from there.

Unfortunately no, you cannot take the Disney Skyliner directly to the monorail that would then transport you to the Magic Kingdom Park and surrounding resorts. Before Disney started the theme park reservation system, you could have done something close to what you suggest, assuming you had a park hopper ticket.
