The Swan and Dolphin use the standard Disney bus transportation system, so you should find it to be pretty reliable. The bus ride to the Magic Kingdom should take about 20 to 25 minutes, but remember that the wait time could be up to 20 minutes as well. On the positive side, when you arrive you are a quick walk in.
Even though Disney doesn't consider Disney's Boardwalk, Yacht Club, Beach Club, and even the Swan and Dolphin as Skyliner Resorts, they might as well be. One of the perks of these resorts is their walking distance to International Gateway where the EPCOT Skyliner station just happens to be located.

Epcot®: Walking: When exiting behind the Swan resort, bear to your right and walk to Disney's BoardWalk Resorts. Walk on the boardwalk until it ends and bear to the right until you reach Epcot. Walking time is approximately 10-15 minutes.

How do Swan and Dolphin guests get to the Disney parks? Given the proximity to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, Swan and Dolphin guests could walk or take a water taxi to either of those parks. On the flip side, Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom are only accessible by bus.

Shuttle Details:Depending on the time of day, the Magic Kingdom shuttle runs every 30 minutes, while the other theme parks run every 60 minutes. Trips are less frequent during the off-peak hours. The shuttle to Disney Springs only runs in the afternoon, evening, and nighttime.
It is roughly a 1/2 mile from the WDW Swan/Dolphin Hotels to Hollywood Studios, walking would be a little quicker than the boat, as the boat would make stops at the Yacht/Beach Club, Broadwalk and then the Swan/Dolphin. It's a pleasant walk.
