How long is the walk from Swan and Dolphin to Boardwalk?

Epcot®: Walking: When exiting behind the Swan resort, bear to your right and walk to Disney's BoardWalk Resorts. Walk on the boardwalk until it ends and bear to the right until you reach Epcot. Walking time is approximately 10-15 minutes.

The walk from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels to Disney's BoardWalk is very short and scenic, typically taking between 5 and 10 minutes at a casual pace. The two areas are connected by a series of paved walkways and a bridge that spans the Crescent Lake area. From the main entrance of the Dolphin, you simply walk toward the lake and cross the bridge that leads directly to the beginning of the BoardWalk loop. If you are starting from the Swan, the walk is even shorter as the bridge is situated right next to the property. This proximity makes the Swan and Dolphin an excellent base for guests who want easy access to the BoardWalk's numerous restaurants, bakeries, and nighttime entertainment without needing to use Disney’s bus or boat transportation. It is a pleasant, well-lit stroll that takes you past the boat docks and offers beautiful views of the Yacht and Beach Club resorts across the water, making it one of the most walkable and convenient areas in all of Walt Disney World in 2026.
