Water taxis take our guests to Disney's BoardWalk, the Disney's Hollywood Studios™ and Epcot® approximately every 20 – 25 minutes, starting 1 hour before the parks open*. You will be able to board the water taxi from the boat dock located by the covered walkway between the Swan and Dolphin wings.

Yes, the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel (along with its sister hotels, the Dolphin and Swan Reserve) offers a complimentary boat service to EPCOT. These water taxis, known as FriendShip Boats, depart from a shared dock located on the walkway between the Swan and Dolphin wings. The boat makes a loop, stopping at the Swan/Dolphin dock, Disney's BoardWalk, and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club before arriving at the International Gateway entrance of EPCOT, which is situated between the France and United Kingdom pavilions in the World Showcase. The journey typically takes about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the number of stops and the queue. Boats usually run every 15 to 20 minutes starting roughly 30 to 60 minutes before park opening and continuing until about an hour after the park closes. For those who prefer to save time, the Swan Hotel is also within a 10 to 15-minute walking distance of EPCOT, which can often be faster than waiting for the next boat to arrive at the dock during peak periods.
