How do I dispute a wait time charge on Uber?

On the Uber app, a rider can review a trip receipt and select “Review my fees and fares” and then “Dispute my wait time fee.” On Uber's website, a rider can go to the “Help” page and select “Trip Issues and Refunds” and then “Dispute my wait time fee.”
