How do I manage my lost Railcard?

If you bought your Railcard online, please go to 'Manage my Railcard' on the website homepage to log in to your account and apply for a replacement. Once logged in, click on 'Details' under your active plastic Family & Friends Railcard, then click on 'Replace Railcard (Lost or stolen)'.

In the unfortunate scenario where you lose your device, you can simply add your digital Railcard to a new device. If your Railcard is already associated to two devices, please log in to your account and you will find an option to Manage your devices for any active Railcards you own.

You can renew your Railcard 30 days before expiry, simply:
  1. Log into your account. You will have made this when you first purchased your Railcard.
  2. Click on the Railcard you wish to renew.
  3. Check all the details are correct.
  4. Pay.
  5. And you're done!

You can also apply for your Railcard by visiting any staffed station ticket office and get your Railcard on the same day! Just be sure to allow yourself plenty of time between purchasing your Railcard and when you need to depart for your journey.
