How do I speak to someone at Eurostar?

The best way to contact us is via our Contact Us form. This allows us to prioritise queries and respond as quickly and efficiently as possible. If your query is about an existing booking, please provide your booking reference. Or call us on: +1 646 934 6454 (cost of a local call depending on the operator).

To speak to a human at Eurostar in 2026, the most direct method is calling their customer service line at +44 (0)3432 186 186. Their team is generally available daily from 07:00 to 19:00 (UK time). Be aware that a service fee of approximately £12 / €14 may apply for bookings or changes made over the phone that could have been done online. If you are at the station, you can visit the "Contact Us" desks at St Pancras, Paris Gare du Nord, or Brussels-Midi, though queues can be long during peak times. For non-urgent queries, Eurostar strongly prefers you use their online "Contact Us" form, which allows them to prioritize your request based on your travel date and booking reference. If you are a member of the "Club Eurostar" loyalty program (especially at the Carte Blanche level), you may have access to a dedicated, faster-priority phone line for immediate assistance with your travel.

On board Eurostar, staff don't check tickets (because you've already scanned yours in to get entry to the departure lounge and platforms), let alone ask names. I took a Eurostar in January 2023 and this was still the case. You could even visit and watch watch people scanning in their tickets – no names needed.
