How do you get a free Disney PhotoPass?

All ticketed Disneyland Resort Guests will receive complimentary Disney PhotoPass digital attraction photos as a take-home souvenir. You can access these downloadable photos for free in the Disneyland App starting February 4, 2023.

While the basic Disney PhotoPass lets you view and then purchase individual pictures, Disney's Memory Maker works by allowing you to collect an unlimited number of PhotoPass pictures taken throughout the park and download all those photos directly to your phone or computer.

PhotoPass at Disney World A PhotoPass photographer (or device) takes your photo. The photographer links the photo to your MagicBand immediately after taking the photo. Your MagicBand is already linked to your Disney account. You can view the photos on the Disney PhotoPass website.

Your code is the 16-character combination of letters and numbers printed on the inside of your booklet, included in the CD case. Just link any Disney PhotoPass cards, Park Tickets and/or MagicBands you used during your visit, choose any photo in your account, and select “Activate.” This will activate your Memory Maker entitlement and remove all watermarks from your photos and other digital content.
