How long are Skyliner waits?

Are there long lines to board Skyliner? During the morning and evening rush lines can be as long as 15 to 20 minutes at the Caribbean Beach station. At the stations, they are slowed down to approximately 1 mph giving guests the ability to enter the vehicles with ease and then increase to about 11 mph while in the air.
