If you need to move your sailing date forward or postpone your trip for any reason, we will not charge you an amendment fee*, and you will only need to pay any fare difference. In the unfortunate case that you're not able to travel and need to cancel your booking altogether, we will not charge you a cancellation fee.
If a vehicle is broken down onboard, the responsibility ultimately is with the owner of the vehicle. The ferry crew is under no obligation to re-start vehicles that have broken down.
