How long does it take to ride everything at Hollywood studios?

A full day to take in everything would be best. Make sure you get fast passes for the rides that usually have the longest wait times, like toy story ride, rockin roller coaster, and tower of terror....all great rides not to be missed. All the shows are great, so you can't go wrong with any you choose.

In 2026, riding everything at Disney's Hollywood Studios typically requires a full day of 10–12 hours, provided you use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass. Because the park features a high concentration of "headliner" attractions like Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Slinky Dog Dash, and Tower of Terror, wait times for top-tier rides frequently exceed 60–90 minutes. If you rely solely on standby lines, it is nearly impossible to experience every ride and show in one day during peak season. A successful strategy involves "rope dropping" (arriving before opening) to hit one major ride immediately, then utilizing your pre-booked Lightning Lanes throughout the day. For those who want a more relaxed pace or to see all the Broadway-style shows like Frozen Sing-Along and Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular, splitting the park over two days or attending a "Disney After Hours" event is often recommended to ensure you don't miss anything.

At Hollywood Studios, things are a little bit backward. The worst day of the week to visit has historically been Monday! Perhaps it's because people expect the weekends to be the busiest, so they go with a weekday instead. Nonetheless, Monday wait times might be a bit higher than you'd want.

As for ride strategy, you need to start tackling any major rides you haven't done yet—Rise of the Resistance and Slinky Dog Dash being the priorities. All waits will drop as the evening wears on, but these will be highest and drop the least. Don't delay these hoping for “short” waits later, it might just not happen.
