How many meals are in a Disney Dining Plan?

Everyone in the party ages 3 and over receives the following: 2 Quick-Service Meals (per night of stay)* 1 Snack/Nonalcoholic Drink (per night of stay)* 1 Resort-Refillable Drink Mug**

The number of meals included in a Disney Dining Plan depends strictly on which version of the plan you purchase and the length of your stay, as credits are allocated per night. In 2026, the two primary options are the Quick-Service Dining Plan and the Standard Disney Dining Plan. For each night of your stay, the Quick-Service plan provides everyone in your party (ages 3 and up) with two quick-service meals and one snack or nonalcoholic drink. The Standard plan provides one table-service meal, one quick-service meal, and one snack or drink per night. Additionally, both plans include one resort-refillable mug per person for use at your hotel. For example, if you book a 5-night stay with the Standard plan, you would receive 5 table-service credits, 5 quick-service credits, and 5 snack credits. These can be used at any time during your stay, meaning you could use two credits in one day if you prefer a large dinner and a heavy lunch. Note that specialty items like character dining or fine dining may require two table-service credits instead of one.

Oftentimes, the portion sizes are more than enough for an adult. Usually, I'll even split a kid's meal between my two Mouseketeers. Although restaurants often have their own policies, most restaurants at the Disneyland Resort are very accommodating and usually allow adults to order from the kids' menus.

I believe a conservative food budget (which is how we do it) is about $100/day, but you could obviously spend a lot more than that. For us, each meal (for 4 of us) costs around $60 (except when we make reservations, and those meals are usually double that), and I splurge on some snacks at around $40 each day.
