As of early 2026, Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia, features 13 roller coasters. The park's lineup is headlined by Pantherian (formerly Intimidator 305), a giga-coaster famous for its extreme speed and 300-foot drop, and Rapterra, which opened in 2025 as the world's tallest and longest launched wing coaster. Other notable rides include Twisted Timbers, a world-class hybrid wooden-steel coaster, and the Flight of Fear indoor launch coaster. The collection is diverse, ranging from the high-intensity Dominator (a floorless coaster with one of the world's largest vertical loops) to family-friendly options like Woodstock Express and Pteranodon Flyers in the Jungle X-Pedition area. While the park has removed some older coasters over the years (like the Volcano: The Blast Coaster and Ricochet), the recent addition of Rapterra has revitalized the park's status as a top-tier destination for thrill-seekers, maintaining a total of 13 active coasters for the 2026 season alongside its massive Soak City water park.
