Is Disneyland doing FastPasses anymore?

Unfortunately, the Disney FastPass System was discontinued in the fall of 2021.

No, Disneyland officially retired the "FastPass" and "MaxPass" systems several years ago. In 2026, the system has been replaced by the Lightning Lane program. Guests can choose between the Lightning Lane Multi Pass (a paid daily service that allows you to book arrival windows for multiple attractions) and Lightning Lane Single Pass (an individual purchase for the most popular "E-ticket" rides like Rise of the Resistance). While the concept of a "shorter line" remains, the free paper tickets of the past are gone, replaced by a mobile-first, paid system within the Disneyland app. The only "free" way to skip a standard line now is through a Virtual Queue, which is used only for specific new attractions and requires a spot to be reserved at exactly 7:00 AM or 1:00 PM on the day of your visit.
