The concept has and always will be awesome, however Universal's lack of crowd control has turned this event into a rowdy local cheap halloween party without the cheap ticket price to go with it....Therefore, only go if you book the R.I.P. tour or if you are young want to drink and wait in line for hours....

Halloween Horror Nights 2023 was single handedly one of the most fun years we've experienced in a while. Yes, previous years were phenomenal, but this year had some extra added Halloween magic on its side. Can the actors touch you at Halloween Horror Nights? Although the event makes it feel like you're walking through a nightmare, the actors at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights can't touch guests, relieving a bit of the tension.

Just note that even if they don't plan on going into houses, scare actors are still walking around. They make it a point to jump out and scare you. There really is no avoiding walking through the scare zones.

Halloween Horror Nights 32 runs Wednesdays through Sundays through Nov. 4, 2023, at Universal Studios, 6000 Universal Blvd., Orlando. Theme park hours are 6:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. those nights. Halloween Horror Nights is recommended for people ages 13 and older.
