Is it safe to leave luggage in car at Pearl Harbor?

Just make sure you put everything in the trunk and don't take anything out of it while you are in the parking lot. As Dusty says, the lot at Pearl Harbor is probably the safest on the island. I believe the lot is also patrolled. Make sure you don't leave any valuables within sight in the car.
