Is Rise of the Resistance different every time?

It's the same idea! Now, it's not the whole ride that varies! In fact, the attraction is the same for everyone until you get to the trackless portion of the ride. For the trackless part, you're sorted into either the FRONT First Order Transport Vehicle or the BACK First Order Transport Vehicle.

Many other attraction lines in Hollywood Studios have short standby lines in the morning. It's a better use of your time to ride them and save Rise for when lines are longer for everything later in the day (11:00am or later at least!).
