Is The Mummy ride at Universal bad?

While the ride was never extremely thrilling for a coaster, Hollywood does place more emphasis on the coaster portion of the ride…for better or worse. A good – though unspectacular – indoor roller coaster. Overall, I encourage you to try it out, but don't expect anything necessarily groundbreaking.

Universal Studios Florida Revenge of the Mummy is functionally and stylistically fairly similar to Escape from Gringotts. Determining which of the two is more intense is really a coin flip. In my opinion, Revenge of the Mummy has slightly more intense coaster moments with a slightly scarier setting and storyline.

Well-Known Member. It goes faster than Space but it isn't pitch black, you can see the track. And is also partially a dark ride with show scenes. And it is a very smooth ride, and because of that I think it feels like a much tamer ride than Space does.
