Currently, the only attraction at Disney California Adventure Park with an Individual Lightning Lane is Radiator Springs Racers. You can check to see if you can purchase an Individual Lightning Lane by using the Disneyland Mobile App.

While the party officially begins at 6PM, ticketed guests can enter the park as early as 3PM. Regular park guests were still around at this time, so it felt pretty busy! Oogie Boogie Bash is completely sold out (including tonight's party), and we can definitely tell by these crowds.
On nights that this party is held, Disney California Adventure will close early but Disneyland Park will retain its regular operating hours. So I'm happy to report that you'll be able to enjoy a full day at Disneyland Park even when Oogie Boogie Bash is going on across the Esplanade!
If you have a regular theme park ticket for a day that includes Oogie Boogie Bash (and not a ticket for the event), you will be escorted out at 6:00pm. You may visit Disneyland at this point if you have a park hopper ticket.
