Is Tron more intense than Guardians of the Galaxy?
Overall milder than Guardians. Tron is somewhere in between what you seem to be ok with or not. Lots of fun. It feels fast, but smoother than Big Thunder and Space Mountain.

Though this coaster does not go upside down, there are plenty of twists and drops and you are turned sideways a few times. The ride takes you outside, twisting and racing under the canopy. Each section of Lightcycles features seven rows.
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster is the most intense of the Walt Disney World roller coasters and the only one that goes upside down. Like Space Mountain, this ride takes place mostly in the dark.
At the end of the day, if your child doesn't like thrill rides, TRON is not the one for them. However, even children who DO like thrill rides may find this one too intimidating, loud, or intense. If you don't know whether your child likes thrill rides, this is not a good starter coaster.

It is way less intense than Cosmic and Hagrids. That launch is a bit faster than I had expected but if you can do Cosmic Rewind, you can do Tron easy. To me, tron was a little scarier than cosmic due to the heights/drop factor. Cosmic is dark, so you don't get that feeling of falling.
The Twilight Zone Tower of TerrorIf we're talking about the scariest rides at Disney World, I had to start with The Tower of Terror. I mean, it's all in the name! From the ghostly holograms, the 'death' defying drop(s) to the sinister theming, everything is designed to scare the Mickey outta you – and it really does.
You are seated very easily with a lap bar, and the vehicle is placed at the back of the coaster train. Overall, even though my test experience riding TRON was a little uncomfortable, I'm grateful to have had the option to use the accessibility car.
