TRON Lightcycle / Run is one of the fastest coasters at any Disney theme park in the world.

You'll be living in the fast laneYour ride starts out with a launch from 0 to 57 mph in a matter of seconds. This makes it the third fastest roller coaster at Disney World, after Tron Lightcycle/Run and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
It feels fast, but smoother than Big Thunder and Space Mountain. Tron is definitely not a family coaster. It has a height restriction of 48 first of all, and the launch is as intense as many extreme coasters. Seven Dwarfs and Slinky Dog are family coasters.
If you or your kids are afraid of going upside down on roller coasters, we have some good news! What is this? TRON Lightcycle Run does not go upside down or have any inversions.
The Twilight Zone Tower of TerrorIf we're talking about the scariest rides at Disney World, I had to start with The Tower of Terror. I mean, it's all in the name! From the ghostly holograms, the 'death' defying drop(s) to the sinister theming, everything is designed to scare the Mickey outta you – and it really does.
You will lean much farther forward, with weight applied to your knees on TRON. If you have difficulty fitting into the seats on the Avatar ride, you may not fit on the TRON motorbikes. If you fit on Avatar, you still may not fit on TRON.
The Magic Kingdom's newest roller coaster, Tron Lightcycle/Run, is a high-speed thriller, the fastest in any Disney park. Fastest, yes – but not the best. That honor belongs to Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, which debuted last year at Epcot, a high-energy romp with a killer soundtrack.
There are no inversions, but the launch can be a little scary if they haven't done something like that before, and inside the show building things are pretty dark, so that may be frightening for younger riders.
Each coaster reaches a maximum speed of nearly 60 mph (97 km/h), taking riders on a series of twists and turns through a layout resembling the video-game grid depicted in the film series.
Each day, guests with valid admission and a Magic Kingdom park reservation will be able to attempt to join the virtual queue for TRON. You can attempt to join the virtual queue at 7 a.m. from anywhere or 1 p.m. inside Magic Kingdom. Each guest may only join the virtual queue once per day.
Here's How it Compares to Other Disney CoastersLightcycle is definitely more intense than Magic Kingdom's other relatively recent addition, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and about on par with the classic Space Mountain ? though it's an infinitely smoother ride than that teeth-rattling track.
Cosmic rewind imo is a lot more intense (but also a lot more fun). I also find Expedition Everest at AK a lot more intense than Tron, so if you've done that and were fine then you'll be fine. I went on it yesterday for the first time - it was awesome!
